Our Cold Peel DTF Film Printing gives you vibrant, durable, ready-to-press transfers designed for maximum clarity and adhesion. Using premium cold-peel PET film and high-quality inks, we produce sharp, detailed graphics that apply to a wide range of fabrics - cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more. Simply press, let it cool, peel, and your design is ready to wear. Perfect for Custom apparel brands, uniforms, tote bags, hats, and mixed-fabric items. The graphics are printed in full color backed with white ink, so they look perfect on both dark or light garments.

  • File must be transparent background
  • Require ⅛" safety margin along all edges to avoid print cut off in trimming
  • Max size: 15in Width x 15in Height
  • Transfers will be trimmed to ordered size

  • Require ⅛" safety margin along all edges to avoid print cut off in trimming
  • Gang up designs on your artboard to utilize the square footage price
  • Max size: 22in Width x 10ft Height
  • Transfers will be trimmed to ordered size
PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Our DTF is a cold peel film. Heat, pressure, and time should be adjusted according to individual machines and substrates. The following are general recommendations for reference only

Pressure: 35-50 PSI
Pre-Press: 5-7 seconds until moisture is gone
Press: 290-320℉ 10-20 seconds
Post-Press: 5-7 seconds with a teflon sheet or other preferred material

Remove the garment from the press and allow the transfer to cool completely. Cold peel = full cooling for best results. Once cooled, peel the film gently and evenly from the corner. Click here to download the full guide.
