Tapered containers require more than a standard rectangular label - they need a precisely cut, conical label that wraps smoothly without bubbles or distortion. Our custom tapered labels are engineered to fit seamlessly onto containers with sloped sides, such as ice cream pints, yogurt cups, soup tubs, cosmetic jars, and specialty beverage cups.

Whether you're branding small-batch frozen desserts or packaging gourmet sauces, our labels ensure your product looks professional and shelf-ready.

APPLICATION

Any container with a smaller bottom than top:

1. Ice cream containers and gelato pints
2. Cosmetic jars and tins
3. Yogurt and dairy cups
4. Candle tins and travel containers

LABEL SIZE

Top Circumference: min= 2" and max= 12"
Bottom Circumference: min=2" and max=12"
Height: min=2" and max=12"
Wrap coverage: min=80% and max=120%

HOW TO ORDER?

STEP 1: Measure your cup's top circumference, bottom circumference, height and also the coverage area of your label on the cup.
STEP 2: Enter all the data in Label Size. Select the label material, proofing option, artwork option and add to cart.

A custom template file will be created based on the Product Dimensions you will enter when placing the order. This custom template file will be sent to you by email. You have to design your label based on that template. It is very important that you use Adobe Illustrator to open the template file and work on the artwork. Do not delete any layer. After creating the label graphic, take a print of your label and place it on the cup to check it matches the cup's taper. If everything is good, send us the file.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Once you place the order, we will generate an Adobe Illustrator template file based on the label dimensions you entered. This file will be emailed to you.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are going to upload Print Ready File, then you will have to use our Illustrator Templates to create your artwork. Any other generic files will be rejected. Our templates are generated by special software which will be used by the printing and cutting machines. So it is very important that you use our templates.

You need to use Adobe Illustrator to create the artwork and use our templates.
