Kiss cut opaque stickers are a type of sticker that are cut in a specific way to create a unique look and feel. The term "kiss cut" refers to the process of cutting just the top layer of the sticker material, while leaving the backing material intact. This allows the design or image on the sticker to be seen clearly, while the backing provides a smooth surface for easy application. Opaque stickers are made from a material that is not transparent, so they block light and cannot be seen through.

Kiss cut opaque stickers are often used for labeling, branding, promotional purposes, or as decorative elements. All stickers are printed in full color and kiss-cut to any shape, without the need of any expensive die's. Just create your die line of the shape you want it to be kiss cut, add your graphics and submit your file.

If you need to use your sticker outdoor in sun or harsh weather condition then choose the option to Print with Lamination.

SIZE

Height: 2 to 36 inches
Width: 2 to 24 inches

The Minimum rectangular size of each sticker cannot be less than 2 x 2 inches due to machine restrictions, but the kiss cut portion can be up to 1 x 1 inch at the minimum. Or you can order sticker sheets.

Please download the guideline template to setup your artwork. It has all the correct swatches pre-loaded and will make your life so easy as it will tell you how to setup your die cut line.

Note: You cannot have multiple stickers setup on one file (or order). Pricing is based on 1 sticker per finish size.

MATERIAL

We use 3 mil Gloss Adhesive vinyl for printing the stickers. The adhesive on the stickers is removable type and is Water Resistant.

ARTWORK

Provide us with a Print Ready PDF, OR if not sure just provide us with your artwork and we can setup the contour line and send you a pdf proof.

Die line for shape label: Unlike standard labels, creating a die line around a complicated shape label needs more attention to achieve an accurate outcome. While drawing a die line, you have to make sure that there are no sharp corners. Keep the dieline as smooth as possible; otherwise, the outcome might differ with complex, intricate cuts. Additionally, extra charges may apply for intricate shapes. Read this FAQ before creating the dieline.
