ORDERING CHECKLIST
  • Finished Size of the card is 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Please download the guideline template (below) to create the proper file.
  • No extra charge for Bleeds Final size of document with bleeds will be 8.75" x 5.75"
  • Please send us at least 300 dpi resolution PDF, EPS (font outlined & image embedded).
  • Low Minimums. Same Day Service is available with some quantity restrictions.

DIRECT MAIL CHECKLIST
  • Format it correct: Download (Excel or CSV) template & format your address correctly as shown below:

  • Name it mailing.xls. Save the file in Excel (preferred) or csv file format.
  • Upload this address file along with your artwork after you place the order.
  • The Address block on your postcard should be white and is as per the USPS guidelines shown below.
  • Make it Easy: See below in the template section and download the mailing template to set up the address side.
  • Don't run Short: Order at least 50 more postcards then your address count. So for e.g. you have 1000 addresses in the mailing list then order the next quantity greater than 1000. OR cut down the address list by at least 50.
  • Sorry!! We will not process the order if your list contains more addresses than the number of postcards you ordered.
  • Remember!! Add 2 extra production days for mailing. This is in addition to the turnaround you selected.
  • Postage Not Included in this Price. To pay or calculate postage cost click here. Postage Payment is required before the job is delivered to post office.
  • Mail Some and Ship Back rest: Request a custom quote or give us a call. Currently our instant calculator cannot handle this.
  • Mail All, Recycle Rest: Let is know and we will recycle the left over's for FREE.
