Turnaround time for your print job begins once
your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been
uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job and approved
for printing. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we
receive approval for your proof. Please note that production
turnaround begins when final print-ready file(s) are attached to
your printing job and approved for printing, not when the order is
submitted.
Cut off time for Next Day, 2
Day, 3 Days, 5 Days and above is 2 PM (Pacific Time): So if
your job is approved by 2:00 P.M. PST production turnaround time
begins calculating from that business day. For example, a job
for two-day production turnaround that you approved by 1:00 P.M.
PST on Monday will be shipped or ready for pick up by 4:00 P.M.
PST Wednesday.
Cut off time for Same Day is
10 AM (Pacific Time): To
qualify for same-day production turnaround time, your order must
be placed, all files uploaded to your account, all files
attached to your printing job and all files approved for
printing by 10:00 A.M. PST. If an order qualifies for same-day
printing turnaround, it will be shipped or ready for pick up by
4:00 P.M. PST the same business day. Orders with same-day
printing turnaround placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
will be processed on the next business day.
Note that our offices are closed
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are
not considered when calculating production turnaround time. In
addition, production turnaround time does not include shipping
or mailing transit time, and you should allow additional
business days for delivery based on the shipping or mailing
method you selected.
NOTE: We try our best to meet or even
beat the listed Turnaround time, but we will not be responsible for
any damages or refunds due to delays occurring due to equipment
malfunctions or emergencies. If you are placing an order which is
critically
time sensitive then please make sure to check with us.
