| | ORDERING CHECKLIST | - Number of Pages: Lets understand what it means. Take an example - 8 Pg: Cover+4 Pages (1/1) - means - there are total of 8 Pages at the 5.5x8.5 size, which is printed on 2 sheets of 8.5x11, then folded in half and 2 staples in the middle. The 4 Inside pages will be printed in Black & White (short form is 1/1). The cover will be printed based on the next selection in the drop down. Please remember that the number of pages is always a multiple of 4 i.e. 8, 12, 16, 20 and so on.
- Cover Printed As: Tell us how you want the cover to be printed. Is it full color on outside and the inside in B&W (4/1), or if both the inside or outside is full color(4/4).
- Configuration Examples: Lets take few examples
Example 1: If you have a 28 Page PDF or word document and you need them printed in full color - then you would select Number of Pages: 28 Pg: Cover + 24 Pages(4/4) Cover Printed As: Color Both Sides (4/4) Example 2: If you have a 16 Page PDF or word document and you need the cover (both inside and outside) to be in full color and all the rest of the pages B&W Number of Pages: 16 Pg: Cover + 12 Pages(1/1) Cover Printed As: Color Both Sides (4/4) Hope it is clear!! - If it is too confusing - just give us a call and we will be glad to guide you through!! - File should be provided either in PDF, Publisher or Microsoft Word.
- No Bleeds (artwork or graphics going to the edge of the sheet) are allowed in any of the pages. So make sure to have a white border of 1/4". If you have bleeds then we will do a fit to page and then print it.
- Make sure that Page 1 is the front cover, Page 2 is the inside front cover, Last Page is the back cover and second to last page is inside back cover. All other pages are in that order.
