" Overall, the quality was very good and we have been getting great comments on our new cards. There was one problem we noticed, that someone recieving a card would not. The color was not consistent between cards. On some of them the Green was almost black and on others it was clearly lighter. If it were a job where we were matching up different literature that needed to match in color, I would be a little worried about using your services given this problem because the customer may notice that the color didn't match from one piece to another.
PrintPapa Comment's: Sorry to hear about the color not being consistent. The press on which we print business cards has a closed loop color control system, which makes sure that there is not a huge color variation. There is always a slight color variation from the start of a press run to the end of the press run. In this case i think the problem was more than the tolerence. Please let us know about the problem when you find it and we will try out best to fix it. We have a 100% satisfaction gurantee policy and we stand behind that. Also if there are 2 jobs like business card and brochure where the green needs to match up very close, then i would recommend checking with us before placing the order. It might be possible that the press which prints the business card may not be printing the brochure. Also we will be able to make sure that the color does match up very close. Don't be worried we stand behind what we do. "

" I was disappointed with how the cards were trimmed. The proof looked great but the cards were not even close. I do want to mention however, your staff is awesome and a joy to work with (without them I would give a rating of 1)
