"I just wanted to take the time to let you know that I really appreciated Ken’s help over the last week. Ken was able to help me meet my VERY aggressive timelines and help retain the extremely high quality that is expected from my supervisor. It began with sending several files at the last minute and having him complete them in time. In addition when the issue came up on Friday with the quality of the print instead of brushing me off he spent the time and patience working through the issue and helping me resolve it. Also yesterday when I sent the modified files at 12:00 he was able have the job completed by end of day. This not only made a strong impression on me that he was able to deliver in time, but also saved me from a lot of trouble at the office."
