Custom Gift Box, Roll end tuck front is typically constructed and locked by hand, very easily assembled and quick to create. Comes with a connected lid and front panel with two locking flap goes in between two side panels. Such style provide extremely sturdy structure on side and front panel which is why it can handle heavy duty item. Mostly used for cosmetics, food and retail product packaging.

Follow these simple steps to get started:

STEP 1: Measure the dimension of the item you want to put in this box (add 0.25 inch extra)
STEP 2: From the Drop down locate a standard size which work for your dimensions. If not then choose Custom and enter the dimensions to get an instant quote which you can order online.

There are NO MINIMUMS, which means you can order just ONE BOX. So this is great for prototyping.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

READ CAREFULLY: If you are going to upload Print Ready File, then you will have to use our Illustrator Templates to create your artwork. Any other generic files will be rejected. Our templates are generated by special software which will be used by the printing and cutting machines. So it is very important that you use our templates.

For Standard Sizes - download the template for the size you selected. Also refer to the Artwork setup Guide which explains how to use the template

For Custom Sizes - Once you place the order, we will generate an Adobe Illustrator template file based on the box dimensions you entered. This file will be emailed to you.

VERY IMPORTANT: You have to use Adobe Illustrator to create the artwork and use our templates.

If you selected the options where we design or setup the artwork then please upload any logo file after you complete the order, and one of our designers will contact you for further details. We will then create a 3D PDF of the box which you can view using Adobe PDF (latest version reader).

SPECIFICATION

Box Type: Double end wall and double side wall self locking end tray with 2 tab locks. These boxes will be delivered flat unassembled. You will have to make the box, which is very simple and only takes less than 30 seconds to make a box

Minimum Size: 2" x 2" x 2"
Maximum Size: Automatically determined based on a flat sheet size of 28x40 inch
Color Options: 4/0 (CMYK). 1 side printing only

Regular is 7 Days if we receive print ready file. Also for a small rush fee you can select 5 and 3 business Day options.
