There are multiple choices of paper you can select for your Brochure. The most common choice for Brochures is the "Text Stock: 100lb Gloss". It is not as thick as the card stock and not very light as compared to the "Text Stock: 80lb Gloss".
Note: UV Coating (provides a protective high gloss coating after printing) is only available when you select the "Card Stock: 100lb Gloss".
Creasing is required for card stock and will be selected by default. For "Text Stock: 100lb Gloss or Matt", although it is not a required option, but strongly recommended that you choose it if you have heavy ink coverage on the places where it is going to fold.
The most common folding on Brochures is Tri-Fold. View animation of different folding options. To setup your artwork, download the correct guideline template to make sure the panels fold properly.
Select this option if one of the panels of your brochure needs to be torn off by your customer. Not available for Card Stock.
Note: If people are going to write on this tear off portion, then make sure to select Matt papers, instead of the Gloss, as it makes it easy to write on it.
