TITLE & COVER
Order Number* Provide the order number of the book.
Your Name* Enter your name
Your Email* Enter your email
Title* The identifying name given to a published work.

Enter the full title in mixed case exactly as it appears on the title page of the book.

Do not include additional information such as subtitle, order number, edition number, volume number, etc., in the title.

Example: For "The History of Madison County: 200 Years of Agriculture", the Title is "The History of Madison County" and the Subtitle is "200 Years of Agriculture".
Main Description this is a short synopsis of the book. While this is not a required field, many book retailers utilize this information in their product descriptions about your book, and research indicates that this is an important sales tool in helping a potential customer select your title.
Original Publication Date This is the year in which the work was originally published
Copyright Year This is the year in which the work received a copyright

CONTRIBUTORS
Each Contributor Entity is either a person, or Company/group. If you require both a person and a group to share a specific function, such as Editor, they must be created as separate entries

FORMAT & SIZE
Book Format* The physical or virtual format of the product. Choose the bindings most appropriate for the product from the drop-down list.
Primary Subject * The principal idea or topic of a published work. Choose the topic that best describes the content of your product from the drop-down list. The list is arranged by general format, then subject. One subject is required per title.

PUBLISHER IS PRINTPAPA
Title Status* indicates the availability of the Title in this geographic Market. Choose one status from the drop-down list. Titles currently available for sale through publisher, distributor or wholesaler are Active Records.
Publication Date* The date on which a retail consumer or library may take possession of a product.
 
Price* The amount of money set as consideration for sale of the product.
Note: This is printed on the barcode, and is embedded in the barcode. So once the barcode is generated, and you need to change the price, there will be an additional $50 charge.		 $
Target Audience* Identifies the broad type of readers/users for whom the product is intended. Choose one Audience from the drop-down list.
